On November 8, U.S. District Judge Catherine C. Blake issued an order in the Coalition for Equity and Excellence in Maryland Higher Education lawsuit. Among other decisions, the judge ruled that there will not be any program transfers or closures unless the affected institutions agree to the transfers or closures.
