The UMBC Alumni Association Board of Directors is currently accepting nominations from faculty and staff for this year's Alumni Awards. Now in its 30th year, this premier alumni event is designed to recognize and celebrate the professional and personal achievements of our graduates and to acknowledge their service to the University.
Three different types of awards are given to alumni each year: Outstanding Alumnus/a of the Year, Distinguished Service, and Young Alumni Rising Star. We invite you to submit your award nominations by Monday, April 30. The alumni board will again sponsor the Outstanding Faculty award, and have invited alumni to nominate faculty based on their commitment to student success beyond the classroom.

Alumni awardees will be recognized at a ceremony on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at 6 p.m. in the Earl and Darielle Linehan Concert Hall.
