Panopto Cloud Scheduled Downtime

On December 15, Panopto Cloud customers will be upgraded to Panopto 6.0. This upgrade will require downtime:
  • Site maintenance will begin at 7:00pm EST
  • We expect up to 4 hours of downtime
During the time our site is offline, you will not be able to access recordings on the server, and any attempts to upload from clients will result in a "Server unable to connect" message.
