AT&T Fails to Have $224M SIM-Swap Attack Lawsuit Dismissed

Michael Terpin is suing AT&T for a hacking incident involving his cellphone where he lost millions in cryptocurrency. AT&T appealed to get the lawsuit thrown out of court to which a Los Angeles judge dismissed it.
