Misgendering within the classroom is a major problem on campus as UMBC lacks protection against it. A student working with the Graduate Student Association, has reach out to us asking that students fill out a short survey about misgendering at UMBC. This student will be taking the results of the survey to meet with the Director of Inclusive Excellence, so we strongly encourage taking the time to fill it out.
