We've made it to the home stretch of the semester, everyone! Even with just a few weeks left, we have several LGBTQ+ Events for you to look forward to. Find them listed below.
Events:
- December 2nd - 6th, All Day: Spectrum Clothing Swap! A clothing swap for trans and nonbinary students. Clothes have already been donated, so drop by to see what's there! Located in the Women's Center. Find out more information at the myUMBC page here!
- December 2nd, 4 pm: Between Women, a discussion for women-identified students in the LGBTQ+ community. Located in the Women's Center. Find out more information from the myUMBC post here!
- December 3rd, 5:15 pm: Pawsitive Bodies and Minds: Breaking Down the Stigma of HIV and AIDS/Living with HIV, an effort to bring greater awareness of prevention and historical stigma of the illness. Located in Common's 329. Find out more at the myUMBC post here!
- December 3rd, 6 pm: LGBTQ+ Bingo! Come relax before finals week and win prizes at Bingo hosted by the LGBTQ+ Student Union! Located in the Sportszone. Find out more at the myUMBC post here!
- December 16th, 4 pm: Between Women, a discussion for women-identified students in the LGBTQ+ community. Located in the Women's Center. Find out more information from the myUMBC post here!
In addition to these events, this week (12/2-12/5) will the the LGBTQ+ Student Union's last week of meetings for the semester. We hope that we can see you at one of them! Good luck on finals and happy end of the semester! We've made it!
