No matter what year you are or what program you are in, imposter syndrome, managing stress from multiple avenues, and learning how to better regulate emotions, are all things one can struggle with while in a graduate program and beyond. UMBC's Counseling center/RIH will be hosting 6 different groups! Specifically for Graduate students, there is a virtual Support Group that discusses managing the ups and downs of Graduate School. Please see the attachments in this post for more information about these groups. The groups will be a mix of in-person (masked), and virtual via WebEx.

To join a group, please call 410-455-2542 to complete a brief triage and you will be given more information at that time.

We welcome you all to utilize these services to aid you in your graduate school journey!

Photo by taylor hernandez on Unsplash
