Dean Bowman will have office hours daily beginning Monday, March 23, 2020 through Tuesday, March 31, 2020 via WebEx.

If this doesn't work:
Open your google calendar to create the meeting using his email address (kjb@umbc.edu) in the guests section to be able to see his available time on his calendar. Select a time slot when he is free, go back to "event details", select "add conferencing - Webex meeting", and click save, and you have created the Webex meeting with him. Then make sure you are on Webex at least 5 mn before the meeting starts. If it is your first time using Webex, you have to "authorize" it. Also, check your audio and video before the meeting starts with him.
