The Medieval and Early Modern Studies Group is open to all members of the UMBC community who work in or are interested in the Middle Ages and the Early Modern Period.

Affiliated with the group is the MEMS Minor, an interdepartmental 18 credit minor at UMBC organized through the Departments of English, History, and Modern Languages, Linguistics, and Intercultural Communication. For more information on the minor, go to
