Single Carrot Theatre seeks an enthusiastic and charismatic Development Director to oversee the theatre’s annual fundraising goal of approximately $350,000 for its theatrical, education, and community programming, with an intent to increase revenue goals in future years. Funding sources will include individual donors, local and national foundations, and corporations.

Single Carrot Theatre (SCT) is committed to creating enthusiastic 21st-century learners through ensemble-building, collaboration, and theatrical performance. SCT will be working with Francis Scott Key Elementary/Middle School to implement a new in-school theatre program culminating in three theatrical productions with different age groups toward the end of the school year. SCT is looking for a part-time Lead Teaching Artist (10-15 hours/week) to spearhead this program.

Single Carrot Theatre (SCT) is seeking technical assistants to support the Technical Director in planning and execution of show designs, space set up for rentals, and other support as needed. This position is an independent contractor position on an as needed basis, averaging 5-20 hours a week, depending on SCT’s production calendar and needs.

The Development Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the development office. Responsibilities include database management, gift tracking and generation of gift acknowledgements, support for all individual giving campaigns, and general support for the Individual Giving Manager and Director of Advancement.

The Gordon Center for Performing Arts at the JCC of Greater Baltimore is seeking a Program Coordinator. This position will play a key role on the Gordon Center team by providing engagement, operational and administrative support of Gordon Center shows, programs, events, and activities. The Gordon Center is located at 3506 Gwynnbrook Avenue in Owings Mills, Maryland.

•     Master of Library & Information Science degree (or equivalent ALA accredited degree)
•     Demonstrated ability and interest in providing dynamic library instruction and contributing to a team-based information literacy program
•     Demonstrated ability and interest in the areas of library public services and outreach
•     Demonstrated high-quality written and verbal communication
•     Ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team
•     Ability to initiate and lead projects to completion
•     Interest and/or experience working with diverse populations, particularly students
•     Undergraduate or advanced degree in a humanities discipline preferred
•     Reference experience in an academic library setting preferred
•     Direct teaching or library instruction experience preferred
