Education Program Manager

Job Description

The Education Program Manager functions as a critical member of the Education Department. This position is an exciting addition to the Education staff and is responsible for managing and maintaining a wide variety of tasks related to Everyman’s existing education programs.

The Walters Art Museum seeks enthusiastic and creative individuals to join our dynamic team of Museum Educators as Part Time Education Assistants, reporting to the Manager of Family Programs. Education Assistants facilitate programs at the museum and off-site, including but not limited to: family festivals, weekly drop-in art activities, birthday parties, scout workshops, early learning programs, interactive family tours, accessibility programs, and studio classes for prek-12 students.

The Walters Art Museum has an immediate need for a dynamic and energetic full time Lead Café Assistant to work in the Museum Café operations. Reporting to the Manager of Retail Operations, the individual will carry out routine food, staffing and customer services strategies as set out by the Manager, and providing daily feedback of issues, problems or restocking needs. The Walters Art Museum has a full time opening for a dynamic and energetic individual to work in the Museum Advancement Division as the Development & Prospect Research Coordinator. The Walters seeks someone for this role to manage and expand the pool of major donors, institutional donors, and committee and governance prospects through comprehensive and proactive research.

Ticket Agents represent the face of the BSO and are responsible for all aspects of customer service, including but not limited to subscription sales, single ticket sales, exchanges and resolving customer issues by phone, e-mail/web, mail, fax and in person for all BSO venues, including the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall and the Music Center at Strathmore. Ticket Agents must possess a friendly, service oriented demeanor and be willing to go above and beyond to assist BSO patrons. Must be flexible and willing to work daytime, evening and weekend hours.
