Sacred Griot Grandmother Edna seeks a temporary part-time social media and technical assistance intern who can assist her in editing and and transfering videos to of her storytelling series into a video tour. Some media platforms to be used are iziTravel, Facebook, Soundcloud to help her enhance her story. She will be traveling and taking video of her tours, and seeks technical help to finish the final tour video so a tourist may visit the tour on their cell phone or GPS the tour.

The Program Director oversees the programming and production for the JCC’s Children’s Theater Production Company. Currently this includes a Fall showcase for grades 1-8, a Spring Junior show for grades 1-2, and a mainstage Spring musical production for grades 3-8. The Program director is expected to direct a high quality program which meets the needs and interests of children in grades 1-8 by providing an educational, value driven, and fun environment in which the children can build community, develop their skills and experience the thrill of performance.

Single Carrot Theatre seeks a qualified Stage Manager for our upcoming production of Savage Love by Sam Shepard and Joseph Chaikin. Stage Managers are responsible for attending and managing all rehearsals, tech rehearsals, and performances, prep and clean up, detailed and clear note-taking, overseeing storage and upkeep of all rehearsal props and costumes, production paperwork, maintaining the integrity of a production through its run, and overseeing and delegating to assistant stage managers.

Chesapeake Arts Center is a community arts center operating year round in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Located just south of Baltimore, the Center has free and ample parking for both crew and patrons.

The Center employs positions in stage and event management, lighting, sound and general crew labor, house management and box office attendants.

The Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts (BOPA), producer of the Baltimore Book Festival, is seeking an enthusiastic, organized and hardworking Lead Production Assistant, to help behind the scenes before, during and after this year’s event, to be held September 23-25, 2016. The Lead Production Assistant will report directly to the Literary Arts & Speaker Programs Manager, and will work closely with the entire festivals department to ensure a successful event.
