Our next event of the semester titled “The Power of Design and Branding” will be held on November 4th from 12-1pm in University Center 310.
This workshop explores the inspiration and origins of a visual identity that stands out in a crowded marketplace. We will discuss key branding touchpoints to include photography, environmental design, product design, advertising and sport sponsorships. Lastly, we'll look at the source of inspiration. Design is more than an occupation. It's a way of life.

Port Discovery Children's Museum provides experiences that ignite imagination, inspire learning, and nurture growth through play. We are currently looking for a talented, friendly and outgoing Box Office Associate to work part-time with our museum.
We are looking for an Associate that can commit to working approximately 24 weekly hours, with Saturdays and Sundays required. You may also be asked to work occasional holidays and special event hours. Please be prepared to respond with your desired work schedule preference when applying.

This person will collaborate with other departments to plan, manage and execute the day-to-day tasks of the Visitor Experience Department. The department consists of front desk operations, the Museum Store, housekeeping, security, and private events. The ideal candidate for this position would be a friendly, energetic individual who enjoys interacting with a diverse array of people, including; visitors, staff, trustees, and volunteers.
