The Maryland Center for History and Culture seeks a dynamic fundraising professional to join our External Affairs Department as the Director of Annual Giving and Membership. Reporting to the Vice President of External Affairs, this position will be responsible for the strategy, planning, and implementation of all aspects of general giving to support the organization’s Annual Fund, membership program, and recurring general operating grants.

Here’s your chance to win a $50,000 grant through the Pava LaPere Innovation Acceleration Grant Program. The State of Maryland is offering nine $50,000 awards to student-led ventures from postsecondary institutions within the Baltimore-Columbia-Towson area. If selected, you’ll have the opportunity to present your venture at the MD Student Venture Showcase in February.

To be eligible, your team must have at least one member enrolled at a Baltimore-Towson-Columbia MSA institution. Your venture should be tech-enabled, leveraging innovation to build or improve a product or service. Additionally, your business must be incorporated as a for-profit entity within 60 days of receiving the award.

The Arts Capital Program Director is primarily responsible for facilitating grants administration for the Arts Capital Grant program for MSAC. The incumbent reports to the Senior Program Director and works closely with the Executive Director and other staff in the oversight, administration and continuing development of the Arts Capital program.

The Manager of Major Gifts and Special Projects will bring demonstrated expertise in securing major and principal gifts for operating and restricted support. This position supports the Development Department of the Walters Art Museum by assisting with the planning and
implementation of the museum’s long- and short-term fundraising efforts securing major and principal gifts for operating and restricted support.
