Port Discovery Children's Museum provides experiences that ignite imagination, inspire learning, and nurture growth through play. We are currently looking for a friendly and outgoing Sales Administrative Assistant, with strong attention to detail and communication skills, to actively assist in the sale of the museum to groups, both school and non-school organizations. As part of the Sales team, the Assistant is responsible for providing exemplary, accurate and efficient service for all museum groups through the reservation and visit process.

Monut Vernon Virtuosi is looking for an experienced, forward-thinking, energetic and dedicated grant writer. The right applicant should have experience in the arts (preferably music) and also in grant writing. A significant portion of our funding comes from grants so this position is an integral part of our organization.

The Reception Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for Chesapeake Arts Center (CAC) via phone or in person. As the ‘face’ of our organization, the successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding customer service skills, showing a high attention to detail and follow through, initiative, and problem solving abilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

● Greet people who enter the building, answering any questions, providing directions to appropriate rooms, and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
