Arts for Learning Maryland (formerly Young Audiences of Maryland) is devoted to enriching the lives and education of Maryland’s youth through educational and culturally diverse arts programs. Through Arts for Learning, professional teaching artists from all disciplines partner with educators, schools, and school districts to provide -- on average -- over 300,000 hours of learning in, through, and about the arts to more than 185,000 Maryland students annually.

Port Discovery Children’s Museum is one of the top Children’s Museums in the United States and a top cultural institution in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. Our mission is to educate children through play and to inspire life-long learning. We are seeking a dependable, composed, and welcoming individual to join our Guest Services Department as our weekend Museum Safety Associate. The Safety Associate is responsible for the daily safety and security operations of the museum.

Dance & Bmore's Youth Program, Voices of Carmen is still seeking strong singers and talented rappers, 14 - 21yrs for their 2023 summer program and production.

Organization Description: Dance & Bmore (DAB) is a Baltimore-based ensemble of musicians, dancers, and theater-makers engaging communities through the arts. DAB programs are multigenerational, engaging youth, families, and senior citizens.

Sisters Freehold seeks non-union performers to collaborate on the world premiere production of Shakill Jamal’s The Code Switch, directed by Raven Lorraine Wilkes with Associate Director Kateri. Rehearsals and performances will be in Baltimore City.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Facilities Assistant is the first point of contact for Chesapeake Arts Center (CAC) via phone or in person. As the ‘face’ of our organization, the successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding customer service skills, showing a high attention to detail and follow through, initiative, and problem solving abilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Glen Echo Pottery (GEP) is seeking a full-time Executive Director responsible for the management and administration of its ceramic arts-based education programs. GEP is a mid size non-profit school with a mission to “build and sustain a strong, inclusive ceramic arts community focused on both individual learning and collaborative pursuits of excellence in clay. Anchoring our programs in strong instruction and inspiration, we strive to create opportunities for all participants to share their skills, artistry, and joy with others within and beyond the bounds of our studio.”
