The Baltimore Museum of Art seeks candidates for the position of Director of Conservation, an endowed position. The Director is responsible for managing the conservation department’s activities including treatment, research, and overall care and preservation of the collection. The Director will lead and support a department of experienced and committed staff currently consisting of 3 conservators, 2 technicians, and 1 part-time administrative assistant. The Digital Content Associate will be responsible for generating new or increased sales revenue streams and building brand loyalty through a range of digital and e-commerce platforms. The position is responsible for managing and implementing all web content and online initiatives to support the BSO’s goals of driving earned revenue online and deepening patron engagement. This position will serve as the primary lead for maintenance of the BSO’s website (BSOmusic.org). The Digital Content Associate will drive innovation and efficiency with new ways to reach customer segments including current and emerging technologies. Successful candidates must have 1-3 years prior experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce role.

JOB SUMMARY

Ticket Agents represent the face of the BSO and are responsible for all aspects of customer service, including but not limited to subscription sales, single ticket sales, exchanges and resolving customer issues by phone, e-mail/web, mail, fax and in person for all BSO venues, including the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall and the Music Center at Strathmore. Ticket Agents must possess a friendly, service oriented demeanor and be willing to go above and beyond to assist BSO patrons. Must be flexible and willing to work daytime, evening and weekend hours.

The Graphic & Digital Production Associate works closely with the Director of Marketing and the organization’s outside marketing agency (Planit) in the development of advertising and marketing collateral, including but not limited to: newspaper and magazine advertising, brochures, posters, direct mail, flyers, banners, signage, and web ads. In all functions, the Graphic Design Associate is expected to contribute a high degree of creativity to the development and production processes.
