Are you an undergraduate, graduate student, or recent gradinterested in a career in museums, or do you know someone who is? The Smithsonian American Art Museum is hosting an in-person morning of networking with museum professionals and is looking for YOU. Students are invited to connect with SAAM staff and research fellows to explore the wide range of career possibilities that exist in museums in this informal open house.
Learn from the pros! SAAM staff with various backgrounds and expertise will share their career stories and advise how SAAM develops exhibitions, digital content, publications, education resources, and more. Information about SAAM’s paid advanced level intern program will be available.
