Retriever Poets are dedicated to providing a space for writers of UMBC to compose and share original poetry. Our organization has collaborated with multiple orgs such as The Women’s Center, We Believe You, and OCA Mocha in the past. We host monthly poetry open mic nights for students to share their original work. In addition to our weekly club meetings, we have a poetry slam team that travels to a poetry slam competition annually!
