Drivers should expect heavier than normal traffic on campus on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 as fans will be arriving for the A Day To Remember concert, which begins at 6:30 p.m. at the UMBC Event Center. Drivers should use caution and allow extra time to reach their destinations.
