You may request your permit through the UMBC Parking Services Portal. We also recommend you review your account for any outstanding fines and to verify your vehicle information to ensure it is correct and the most up-to-date for the start of the fall semester.
The new permit system will go into effect at the start of the fall semester, beginning on Wednesday, August 29, 2018. Please be sure to claim your permit prior to the start of the semester to avoid any warnings or citations.
