UMBC Parking Services Will Not Be Issuing Parking Permits This Fall.  Beginning August 15, we are requiring all new students, faculty and staff to register their vehicles on the UMBC Parking Portal. Registering your vehicles will better prepare you for our return to permits in the future. Please note that returning individuals should verify their vehicle information.  As a reminder, you may have up to three vehicles on your account but only one may be on campus at any time.

We will not enforce parking zones this fall; however, we encourage you to use your standard zone when possible. Maryland Traffic Regulations will be enforced by university parking enforcement officers and there will be no charge to park in the visitor lots.  Zipcar will not be available this fall; however, we expect them to return in the future. 

The Parking Services Office will not be physically staffed this fall, but our staff will be available to assist you during our normal office hours of 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday – Friday. Have a question?
