The LFA Fellowship program selects, trains, and places promising young leaders ages 21-30 in two-year paid fellowships in local community organizations as a means of strengthening America’s public institutions, revitalizing our local communities, and cultivating a new generation of transformational civic leaders. Our Fellows are catalysts for a much larger revitalization and are deeply committed to supporting their community’s flourishing. To be an LFA Fellow is to deeply commit to another way of moving through the world.
In our inaugural fellowship class, we were able to place 54 Fellows serving communities & regions they call home in 21 States. These Fellows were selected from more than 800 applicants at 200 Colleges & Universities across the nation.
