Research Assistant position at the FDA and University of Maryland Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences

Dr. Osamah Saeedi at the University of Maryland Department of Ophthalmology is looking to hire a full time research assistant to work on advanced ophthalmic imaging, mainly at the FDA in Silver Spring, but also at the main campus in Baltimore.   The research assistant position is appropriate to start either part time or full time by February 2018.  This is a 1-2 year position for current graduates or graduating seniors.  The position involves imagin and interpretation of imaging of a new form of ocular imaging, adaptive optics.  Applicants will gain valuable research experience and this work is expected to result in authorship of multiple publications.  Interested applicants should submit a transcript and resume to Osamah Saeedi at osaeedi@som.umaryland.edu
