Welcome to UMBC, new pre-health students! We hope that you were able to attend one of the live Welcome Sessions hosted by our office over the summer, but if not you can still access the recording of a previous session here. The recording will go over common professional school entrance requirements, the purpose behind those requirements, and how to get started on professional school preparation from your very first semester at UMBC.
You may also be interested in attending the Pre-Professional and Allied Health Virtual Meet and Greet on Wednesday, September 2nd from 12-1pm, particularly if you're also exploring allied health professions (such as nursing, physical therapy, physician assistant, dental hygiene, etc.).
