The Eustress Workshop

Making self-care a priority often gets lost in our daily routines. Four quarters will help you both realize the benefits of incorporating self-care into your daily routine and discover methods and ideas of self-care. This workshop is presented by Rwenshaun Miller, an accomplished author, speaker, licensed counselor, and consultant. He has dedicated his life to not only reshaping the negative connotations associated with mental health but also directly impacting the lives of those living with mental health challenges.
