    <p><strong>SUMMARY:</strong>  Assists with the daily
    operations of Medical Staff Services department. He/she is primarily responsible for the timely and accurate completion
    of Provider Recruitment, Marketing and Credentialing related correspondence, maintenance
    of department reports, records and professional execution of clerical
    duties.  He/she consistently demonstrates
    excellent customer service with EHMG Leadership; Support Staff; Providers,
    Medical Center Staff, Vendors and Erickson Employees. </p>
    <p><br></p>
    
    <p><strong><span>ESSENTIAL DUTIES
    AND RESPONSIBILITIES: </span></strong><span>include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</span></p>
    
    <p><span><span>1.<span>      </span></span></span><span>Performs
    office duties including: Answering telephones and recruitment toll free hotline
    promptly and professionally, generating reports, faxing, filing, scanning, copying;
    e-mailing; and other clerical and analytical responsibilities. </span></p>
    
    <p><span><span>2.<span>      </span></span></span><span>Assists in the
    facilitation of orientation and training of new providers.</span></p>
    
    <p><span><span>3.<span>      </span></span></span><span>Assists with provider
    satisfaction process through maintenance of marketing collateral. </span></p>
    
    <p><span><span>4.<span>      </span></span></span><span>Participates
    in all medical staff services related meetings to include daily huddle, weekly
    department meeting, weekly corporate marketing call, weekly credentialing call(s).<span>  </span><span>   </span></span></p>
    
    <p><span><span>5.<span>     
    </span></span></span><span>Works with
    Department Manager to facilitate meetings, record minutes, facilitate feedback
    specific to action items in order to remain consistent with department
    standards to include provider credentialing, payer credentialing, medical
    center and provider marketing.<span>  </span></span></p>

    </span></span></span><span>Maintains
    Recruitment Toll Free Hotline Tool</span></p>
    
    <p><span><span>7.<span>     
    </span></span></span><span>Facilitates
    Malpractice Certificate of Insurance requests, reporting and tools.<span>  </span></span></p>
    
    <p><span><span>8.<span>     
    </span></span></span><span>Secures and
    maintains all medical staff services documentation, departmental reports and
    record systems </span></p>
    
    <p><span><span>       </span>compliant with Company
    policy and industry regulations. Demonstrates an awareness of fiscal management<span>  </span></span></p>
    
    <p><span><span>       </span>in supply/equipment
    management.</span></p>

    </span></span></span><span>Facilitates
    all incoming mail/correspondence to ensure timely process and turnaround
    timeframe to include bad address, CLIA/Lab permits, payer credentialing, provider
    credentials notifications, etc.<span>  </span></span></p>
    
    <p><span><span>10.<span>  </span></span></span><span>Facilitates all Medical Center Health Fair events
    in partnership with Medical Staff Services, Corporate Marketing and Medical
    Centers.<span>  </span></span></p>
    
    <p><span><span>11.<span>  </span></span></span><span>Maintaining a working knowledge and competent use
    of computer/software systems sufficient to perform office functions as needed.<span>  </span></span></p>
