Commemoration of The Maryland Walter Lomax Act

Please join us on Thursday, April 16th at 7:30pm for a special event to honor Mr. Walter Lomax and the 5 year anniversary of the passing of the Maryland Walter Lomax Act. 
We are excited to host Mr. Lomax, elected officials, members of the Maryland state government, and others integral in the passing of the Act which compensates wrongly convicted and incarcerated individuals. 
Presented by the Department of English, The School of Public Policy at UMBC, The Dresher Center for the Humanities, The Shriver Center, the Department of American Studies, and the Department of Political Science.
