Laszlo Korossy, Ph.D., '16 was honored on April 18, 2018, at the annual UMBC Political Science Reception, with a plaque for Adjunct Teacher of the Year for 2017-2018 .
The recipients are selected though a student poll. Dr. Korossy teaches Political Science undergraduate courses at the Shady Grove campus.
A popular professor on that campus, this is not the first time Laszlo has been recognized by his students for this honor.
For UMBC, Laszlo teaches Urban Politics, Urban Problems and Policy Analysis, Quantitative Methodology, and Chinese Politics at the Shady Grove Campus.
He also teaches Poli 101 at Howard Community College, and
