The UMBC Restorative Practices Steering Committee invites you to a circle dialogue. This dialogue circle holds space for the concepts inspired by Kazu Haga's book talk at UMBC on April 22, 2025. Using prompts inspired by quotes from Haga's book Healing Resistance, we'll explore how the framing of "Beloved Community" (Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.) relates to restorative justice and practices. It is not required that you attended the talk or have read the book. All are welcome!
