I am looking for a roommate for a single bedroom for the townhouse. The house is one exit away from 695 highway. The UMBC bus stop is about a minuet away from the house (I have used the UMBC bus before I had my car).
The rent for the single room will be between $400-$450. The house is fully furnished except for the bedroom ( I do have some extra furniture that can be used for free).
The neighborhood is very friendly and most of the houses are owned by families with small kids.
