The Program for Advancing the Health Sciences (PATHS) is currently recruiting health science professionals to mentor high school students in a 1-on-1 capacity for the 2024-2025 academic year!

This is a VIRTUAL mentorship program that aims to connect DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) high school students with a health science professional to assist them with their academic and professional journey. These students engage in bimonthly mentorship, professional development workshops, and career seminars.

We are currently partnered with 3 school districts and mentor over 75 students per year. Each district requires different background checks, but we are able to accommodate mentors that are both based in and outside of the DMV.
