I was wondering if anyone is interested in an off campus apartment that is $325 for rent and $55.90 for utilities. You will be required to pay for three months, which will cover for late mid May and early August.
The apartment consists of 3 boys, but they are okay with any gender to stay over. The room is located in the basement with a large amount of space. You also have the option to use any of the beds and furniture in the apartment to save some costs. The house comes with a kitchen, shower, laundry machines, internet and family room.
