The Property: 2 bed/1 bath. Our third floor condo is spacious, with multiple closets, a large living and dining area, a kitchen with new dishwasher/microwave/refrigerator, a washer/dryer in the unit, and a balcony. Ample parking in the lot outside. Utilities are included, so your monthly portion is $600-650 (depending on how BGE fluctuates). Centrally located on Selford Rd, just past the intersection of 195 and Rolling Road.
The Roommates: Female couple, both in our 20s. One grad student and one FT professional. We like to cook, watch TV, and go on hikes in nearby Patapsco State Park. We have no children or animals (severe pet allergies).
You: Clean and considerate, female preferred. Open to communication. Able to pay all bills on time. Move in around September 1, hopefully before the start of the school year.
