Hello, I know this an exchange group but I need to see if anyone has had the same experience as me with Ricoh. We want to return 2 leased machines and we were quoted $5,000 for the "buy-out". Plus we have to pay a truck to send them back. Those were leased machines and we do not have a contract. Has anyone dealt with them? Thanks.
