Men's Basketball Bus Trip
FOR UMBC STUDENTS ONLY!!
It’s happening again!!! UMBC is traveling to Burlington, VT to take on the Vermont Catamounts in the America East Conference Men’s Basketball Championship!
Please review the options to decide how you’ll watch the Retrievers on Saturday!!
Want to lodge solo? Option 1 is for you!!
Option 1: This package provides a game ticket, transportation, and lodging for 1 student at a rate of $93.00 per person.
Want to lodge with friends, take a look at Options 2, 3, and 4!!! All you need is one person to purchase and a few friends to pay you back via Venmo or CashApp!!
Option 2: This package provides a game ticket, transportation, and lodging for 2 at a rate of $46.50 per person. When you register and purchase your tickets, please be sure to submit the name and UMBC email address of your roommate. We’ve done the math for you! The total cost of this package is $93.00, your roommate owes you $46.50!!
Option 3: This package provides a game ticket, transportation, and lodging for 3 at a rate of $31.00 per person. When you purchase your ticket, please be sure to submit the names and UMBC email addresses of your roommates. We’ve done the math for you! The total cost of this package is $93.00, each of your roommates owe you $31.00!!
Option 4: This package provides a game ticket, transportation, and lodging for 4 at a rate of $23.25 per person. When you purchase your ticket, please be sure to submit the names and UMBC email addresses of your roommates. We’ve done the math for you! The total cost of this package is $93.00, each of your roommates owe you $23.25!!

PLEASE NOTE: Please be sure to make repayment arrangements amongst roommates before purchasing a package. Campus Life will not be responsible for payment arrangements amongst roommates.

Upon registration and ticket purchase, you will receive a confirmation email that will include an itinerary, instructions on how to retrieve your tickets, and other pertinent details.
If selecting to room with friends, please be sure to submit the names and UMBC email addresses of requested roommates.
The UMBC Fan Bus will be departing campus from The Stadium Lot at 9:00am on Friday, March 15, and returning around 11:30pm on Saturday, March 16.

Sign Up to be an Overnight Host!
The offices of Undergraduate Admissions and Residential Life need your help in welcoming the next class of new Retrievers! On Friday, April 12 and Thursday, April 25, we will be hosting overnight programs on campus for prospective and newly admitted high school students to learn more about UMBC. We would like to invite you to be a part of these events by serving as an Overnight Host!
Why should you be an Overnight Host?
- It's a great opportunity to gain leadership experience, especially for those interested in becoming a Resident Assistant (RA), Tour Guide, and/or Orientation Peer Advisor (OPA) in the future!

You can be one of the first to meet the next class of Retrievers
- You'll have a chance to promote your own club or student organization

Get free food and UMBC swag!
What do you have to do to be a Host?
- Attend a 1-hour training session
-
You must live in a traditional on-campus residential hall and be able to host a student in your room
- Accompany your guest to a variety of UMBC events (based on their interest), including the RSA Block Party, Musical Theater Club's spring production, (seb) Magic Show, ASU's Layaleena,(seb) Movie Night, Late Night Dining, and more

You'll need to remain on campus with your visiting student for the duration of the program
What else do I need to know?
Students will bring their own sleeping bags, so you just have to provide an open floor for them to stay and be willing to hang out with them for the evening. We encourage all interested hosts to check with their roommates and suitemates before they sign up! You can also encourage them to sign up too!
If you would like to be an Overnight Host, complete the following form by Tuesday, March 19. Once you submit the form, we will provide you with more information about the mandatory training session and overnight programs.
