SACNAS - Society for Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science- is an inclusive organization dedicated to fostering the success of Chicano/Hispanic and Native American scientists, from college students to professionals, in attaining advanced degrees, careers, and positions of leadership in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) which includes Social Sciences and Psychology.
We are an inclusive professional organization that aims to create a sense of community for all Latinx, Hispanics, Chicanos and Native Americas at UMBC. We hope you find your experience at UMBC enjoyable and to help you create the best version of yourself before graduation.
