The Director of Communications responsibilities are to manage, plan, and determine strategies to execute the mission for the Department of Communications. They will coordinate all communication efforts with the support of the other members of the Department of Communications, and lead Department of Communications meetings.
What is the time commitment for the Director of Communications?
The Director of Communications is required to set a regular date and time for Department of Communications meetings, based on the availability of the other members of the Department. Outside of meetings, the expectation for the Director is 5 - 10 hours per week of SGA-related work. Note that some weeks may be more involved than others.
