The Louis L. Kaplan Scholarship Fund was established in 1977 by the University of Maryland Baltimore County Student Government Association in recognition of Dr. Kaplan’s many contributions to UMBC.
Under Dr. Kaplan's wishes, the scholarship fund will be awarding students who display academic promise.
Applications for the scholarship should be submitted to the Vice President for Student Affairs office by 4PM on April 22, 2020.
