1) Submit a design idea for STEM LLC t-shirts
DESIGN RULES:
- Include STEM LLC and UMBC*
- Submit by September 22nd
- Send all designs to Mrs. Rebecca Dongarra dongarra@umbc.edu
- Review designs on the STEM LLC website
- Vote using google poll by October 2nd at midnight
- Attend STEM LLC meeting on 10/3 to learn the results (details TBA)
*All designs must meet UMBC, OIA and CNMS standards.
2) Attend a metacognition and effective study habits seminar by Dr. Saundra McGuire on September 22, 2017 (2:30-3:30 pm). Dr. McGuire is an expert on helping students to achieve academic success and will be presenting a seminar entitled "Metacognition: The Key to Acing Courses!". The location of this seminar is University Center, Rm. 312.
