The program is a prestigious 4-week, 3-credit summer study abroad program. To be eligible for the fellowship, students must be a freshman or sophomore attending a Minority Serving Institution; eligible for a Federal Pell Grant; have a minimum 3.00 GPA; be a U.S. resident or reside in the U.S. with student status, national, or permanent residence.
