Winter Session 2019 crossover parking is in effect from December 19, 2018 through January 25, 2019.
Students: In addition to your assigned permit zone, student permits are valid in zones ‘A’, ‘B’, and ‘C’.

When are Parking Permits Enforced?
UMBC Parking Permits are enforced year round
- 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Mon-Thur
- 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. on Fri
Current UMBC students will use their 2018/2019 parking permit. New and/or visiting students must order a winter session parking permit. The cost of the permit is included in your special sessions fee (no additional payment is necessary).
How Do I Order a Parking Permit?
UMBC Parking Services uses License Plate Recognition to identify your vehicle by its license plate, removing the need for physical hang tags and allowing all permit holders to easily add and maintain multiple vehicles on their accounts.
You must wait 24 hours after you register for your courses before you can order your virtual permit.
