So let me tell you a bit about what we do! We work with students who are struggling academically in 6 different high schools across Baltimore city. After identifying this group of students we commit to working with them for 10 years bringing them through graduation and on towards adulthood. We connect our young people with 2-3 volunteers (who only commit to one year of service) that do much more than just tutor or provide support. Instead we work towards building reciprocal relationships that end up changing both people involved.
