Join Joella for Total Body Conditioning: Strength in Pride! This full-body workout builds strength, endurance, and confidence—all set to an energizing Pride-inspired playlist. Open to LGBTQ+ community members and allies, this class is a welcoming space to move, sweat, and celebrate together.
