All Routes - Wednesday, March 15, 2017. Campus will be open at its regular hours.  UMBC Transit resumed service at 7:00am, but is experiencing significant delays on ALL Routes, due to untreated roads and traffic congestions.  Buses are currently running 15 to 20 minutes behind schedule.
