YGT is designed help you develop the tools that you need to cope with some of the challenges you experience in day to day life. The program utilizes evidence-based skills and mindfulness strategies designed to reduce symptoms of distress/anxiety and increase positive coping strategies. Topics include mindfulness, thought as thought, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. In order to get the most out of the series, it is important to complete all 4 weekly 1.5 hour seminars, which will be held at 1pm on 4 Mondays on 10/23, 10/30, 11/6, 11/13 or at 1pm on 4 Thursdays on 11/9, 11/16, 11/30, 12/7.
