This 4-week group, based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy, utilizes evidence-based skills and strategies to help students learn to reduce symptoms of distress and increase positive coping strategies. Topics include reducing emotional distress, managing upsetting thoughts, mindfulness, and communicating more effectively.
