How AI will transform organizations is still to be determined. No doubt, AI will require new skill sets and perhaps new types of organization. The normal response by mature organizations is to "slap" AI into the existing business model that made them successful in the past. This is a flawed response filled with pitfalls. Organizations need to be ready to experiment with new skills, organizational designs, and business models to win in the age of AI.
