Shahin Hossain, a PhD student in Language, Literacy, and Culture, is conducting a research study on how undergraduate students use generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, and the impact on their writing. The goal is to better understand how these advanced technologies are changing writing practices and behavior.
Current UMBC undergraduate students who have used AI technologies for academic purposes in their writing are invited to complete an online survey, which should take no more than 10 minutes.

I am Niraj Sitaula, a PhD candidate in the School of Information Studies at Syracuse University. I request your participation in a survey of Indian international students and American students studying AI and data science in the US. I am conducting this survey for my doctoral thesis to examine differences among different student populations about their perspectives around ethics and trust in AI.
