We're hosting some dishes for International Education Week in True Grit's! These recipes were developed by our own chefs and students!
Monday, November 12th - Tim Dunn's Irish Fare, enjoy Shepherd's Pie and Irish Stew during lunch from 11am-2pm.
Tuesday, November 13th - Jollof Rice, featuring a recipe from UMBC ASA - we'll be serving Jollof Rice during lunch from 11am-2pm!!
Wednesday, November 14th - Roll Your Own Sushi with Za from Hissho during dinner from 4:30pm-8pm.
Friday, November 16th - Dietitian Nicole's Filipino Cuisine, Nicole and UMBC FASA will be here serving up traditional dishes from 11am-2pm!
